Package Enrolment

When you sign up for our lessons, you'll be enrolling in a package of either 4 or 8 weeks. This booking secures your spot with the coach for that specific class time - for example, every Monday at 7 PM - for the next 4 or 8 weeks. When your package finishes, we'll reach out to see if you would like to renew your spot. This ensures you have the first opportunity to continue with the coach at your preferred timing before we open the class up to new students. Each session is 1 hour long.

  • Elite Coaches are the pinnacle of our pickleball instruction. They possess extensive competitive racket sport experience at a high level, and have competed in pickleball internationally. They specialise in advanced strategy and high-performance biomechanics.

  • Senior Coaches are highly experienced and certified experts focused on rapid skill development and consistent match-play strategy. They excel at diagnosing and solidifying fundamentals for all dedicated players, offering exceptional value and measurable improvement.

 FAQs

  • If a lesson is called off due to wet weather, our policy is as follows:

    • If less than 30 minutes of the class has passed, the class will not be charged.

    • If 30 minutes or more of the class has passed, the class will be charged in full.

  • If you need to miss a class, you have two flexible options, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

    • Make-up Class: We can help you find an alternative slot either the week before, the same week, or the week after your missed class. This is subject to court and coach availability.

    • Pause Enrolment: If you need an extended break for travel or other reasons, you can pause your enrolment once a month for up to one week.

    If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, you'll need to provide a medical certificate to be eligible for a make-up class or to pause your enrolment. Without a medical certificate, the class will be considered attended, and you'll be charged for it.
