  • No, cancellations are not permitted once a booking has been made. We recommend double-checking your schedule before finalizing your reservation.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own coach! However, a surcharge of S$8.00 per hour applies to all external coaching sessions at Straits Pickle Club. Before checking out your reservation, select Add Service > External Coaching Surcharge.

    We also offer our own range of group and private lessons if you prefer to learn with our in-house team.

  • In the event of rain, our policy depends on how much of your session was completed:

    • Less than 30 minutes played: You will receive a full credit to book a future session. Please note that no cash refunds will be issued.

    • More than 30 minutes played: The session is considered complete and will be fully charged.

  • Please wait and see! We are unable to cancel bookings ahead of time just in case the rain stops. Please keep the following in mind:

    • We do not cancel sessions in advance because weather can change quickly. If the rain clears, the session will still be chargeable.

    • Do not cancel the booking yourself in the system. If you manually cancel, we will be unable to process any wet weather credits for you.
