Corporate Event Packages

We offer flexible packages designed to fit your team's size and desired level of instruction. All packages include exclusive use of our private lounge area, included equipment rental, music, and access to all amenities. Please give us at least 2 weeks advanced notice so we can block out the courts for your event!

  • Step 1: Choose your event duration - 2, 3, or 4 hours

  • Step 2: Select your instruction tier:

    • Rules & Ready: A 20m fast-paced, non-hands-on overview of the rules, scoring, and court etiquette.

    • Fundamentals & Fun: Our expert coaches lead a 1 hour hands-on "Introduction to Pickleball" lesson, teaching basic strokes and technique on top of the rules.

  • Step 3: Enjoy facilitated play & games:

    • The rest of your time is dedicated to facilitated play. Your coach will teach your team our simple, intuitive paddle queue system - the best way to organize fun, flowing games and ensure everyone gets equal play time. Once you're comfortable, the court is yours to arrange games however you wish!

PRICING

  • Events with 16 or fewer participants will be conducted on 2 courts, unless specifically requested for. Events with more than 16 participants will be held on 3 courts.

  • Indicative prices for events during non-peak periods. Events during peak hours are subject to a peak hour surcharge of $30/h per court.

  • Peak hours are after 5PM on weekdays, and weekends.

 FAQs

  • Our Wet Weather Policy for events is designed to ensure fairness regarding refunds and cancellations:

    • Cancellation within the first 30 minutes: If the event is canceled due to wet weather before 30 minutes of play have passed, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your event.

    • Play extending beyond 30 minutes: Once the initial 30 minutes have passed, the event charge will be pro-rated based on the total time elapsed.

    • How we calculate the charge: We round up the playing time to the nearest half-hour mark for billing. For example:

      • If 45 minutes of the event have elapsed, you will be charged for 1 hour.

      • If 1 hour and 20 minutes have elapsed, you will be charged for 1.5 hours.

    • Refund calculation: Your refund will be based on the difference between the total event time and the charged playing time. For example, for a 2-hour event:

      • If 1 hour is charged, you receive a 50% refund of the total event cost.

      • If 1.5 hours are charged, you receive a 25% refund of the total event cost.

  • Our standard event package pricing is based on the following participant-to-court ratio:

    • 16 participants or fewer: We allocate 2 courts.

    • 17 participants or more: We allocate 3 courts.
